What I believe

Or at least what Belief-O-Matic says about what I believe:

1. Unitarian Universalism (100%)
2. Liberal Quakers (92%)
3. Mainline to Liberal Christian Protestants (92%)
4. Mahayana Buddhism (89%)
5. Neo-Pagan (87%)
6. New Age (87%)
7. New Thought (73%)
8. Theravada Buddhism (73%)
9. Hinduism (69%)
10. Christian Science (Church of Christ, Scientist) (64%)
11. Sikhism (62%)
12. Bahá’í Faith (57%)
13. Taoism (57%)
14. Scientology (53%)
15. Reform Judaism (52%)
16. Secular Humanism (46%)
17. Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (Mormons) (44%)
18. Jainism (44%)
19. Orthodox Quaker (44%)
20. Jehovah’s Witness (38%)
21. Mainline to Conservative Christian/Protestant (34%)
22. Nontheist (24%)
23. Orthodox Judaism (24%)
24. Seventh Day Adventist (18%)
25. Eastern Orthodox (15%)
26. Islam (15%)
27. Roman Catholic (15%)

I would’ve put Buddhism and Neo-Pagan higher on the list, and added Christian Gnosticism. The Quaker bit doesn’t surprise me at all, just that it’s number two. Try the quiz yourself.

  1. What’s a NeoPagan? Or, What do you Believe?

I’m a NeoPagan? What does that mean? Anyway, I note that my top 5 and your top 5 have 4 results in common. Imagine that!

  2. Dave / Shiki says:

I followed your link and did the questions:
    TOP FIVE
    Neo-pagan 100%
    Mahayana Buddhism 96%
    Hinduism 88%
    New Age 82%
    Unitarian Universalism 81%

three out of five in common – I am actually a ‘no dogma-no teaching- no method’ pagan-leaning hindu-ish Taoist so the results were quite interesting. Thanks for the link.
