					<description>Great points! I'm so frustrated right now because for years I was told sugar was bad and have become quite hooked on Splenda. Now they're saying diet sweeteners make you fat by changing your metabolism. Before that coffee was bad, now it's good. Fat made you fat so we went non-fat, then carbs made you fat and we went high-protein, now they're saying forget non-fat milk, whole milk is the way to go. He's so right that we're in the middle ages when it comes to nutrition but eat your fruits and veges.</description>
